Thanks to the special Cosmos/N acoustic ceiling, a logistics company’s call centre in Berlin-Neukölln now has a quiet atmosphere to help boost concentration. The sound absorption was designed specifically for the intense telephone activity of employees. At the same time, such details as the avoidance of cut tiles and the elegant black shadow gaps at the edge of the light-coloured tiles created by the System S 15b OWAline lend the acoustic ceiling an exquisite appearance.
