Absorbers built into the room structure Combining sophisticated shape awareness with demanding requirements for the acoustics of the work environment, Selecta grande are ceiling canopies made of fleece-covered mineral tiles. A performance ratio of 100% (αw = 1.00) makes them powerful absorbers and the additional absorption on the reverse side delivers better results than can be achieved with non-perforated ceilings. The single suspension with intentional gaps to allow views of the ceiling therefore produces a noticeable improvement in room acoustics.
