The extension of the "Palais Victoria" by adding a doctor's and residential building was recently one of the most prestigious construction projects in the spa town of Bad Mergentheim in North Württemberg. In the doctor's practice, the integration of a climatically proven solution and the use of acoustically highly effective mineral panels takes place. The OWActive mineral climate ceiling combines the functions of heating and cooling and thus offers a previously unique room climate system modelled on nature.
